Moraga Holdings is a real estate investment, development and advisory company founded by Barak Diskin.

Barak is a Los Angeles based real estate developer and internet entrepreneur who began his career at Decron Properties, a multi-billion dollar real estate investment, management and development company based in Los Angeles, where he became Director of Acquisitions before leaving to start doing his own deals in 2009.

Barak Diskin did some deal syndicating, but then pivoted into the internet world. In 2010, Barak partnered with his childhood friend, Jonathan Shokrian, to start a subscription e-commerce company called MeUndies. MeUndies surpassed the $100M annual revenue milestone and includes notable investors like Winklevoss Capital, Science Inc, Walden Venture Capital, Provenance and Simon Property Group.

In 2015, Barak Diskin partnered up with Diego Berdakin and Sky Dayton to start CloudKitchens. Barak and Diego bought and built the first CloudKitchen facility in the Koreatown submarket of Los Angeles. In 2018, Travis Kalanick, the founder and former CEO of Uber, bought a controlling interest in CloudKitchens and became its CEO. Barak changed his title from COO to Head of Real Estate and began overseeing the global expansion of CloudKitchens across acquisitions, design, development, construction, procurement and property management.
